Cancellation Policy

Each piece is hand-poured or hand-cast in small batches, so once your order leaves our studio we can't bring it back. Read on for when a cancellation is possible.
Before dispatch — please write to us
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, email info@luxemyhome.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9717096862 with your order number. We'll confirm the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
We typically ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, so please reach out as early as you can.
After dispatch — cancellations cannot be processed
Once the courier has picked up the parcel from our studio, the order cannot be cancelled. The pieces have already been hand-finished, packed, and handed over — they are on their way to you.

Cancelled by us
Rarely, we may cancel an order ourselves — if a product is mispriced, out of stock, fails a fraud check, or the destination pincode isn't serviceable. In those cases we refund in full, in writing, with the reason.
Refund timing for pre-dispatch cancellations
Refunds are issued via Razorpay within 24 hours of cancellation. They typically reflect in your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
