Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of luxemyhome.com ("the Site"), operated by LuxeMyHome. By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these terms. They are governed by Indian law and the courts of Gurugram have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Products

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in colour, finish, and burn time are part of the craft, not defects. Photos are representative; the candle you receive will be visually similar but not bit-for-bit identical.

We try to keep stock and prices accurate but reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud — in such cases we refund in full.

2. Orders + payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is captured via Razorpay.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include 18% GST (or the prevailing rate). The breakdown is on every invoice.
• A tax invoice is generated for every paid order and emailed to you.
• Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions (minimum subtotal, expiry, per-customer cap).

3. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship via courier partners across India; serviceability is checked at checkout.

4. Cancellation, returns + refunds

Cancellation is available only before dispatch — email us with your order number and we'll refund in full. Once the courier has picked up the parcel, cancellation is not possible.

Returns are limited to wrong items shipped and cement decor damaged in transit. Candles are not returnable for any reason once dispatched, including damage. The buyer ships approved returns at their own cost. Full details on the Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds pages.

5. Account use

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person; corporate buyers may request a single account.
• We may suspend an account that violates these terms, has fraudulent activity, or repeatedly attempts to abuse coupons.

6. Reviews + user content

We accept reviews only from verified purchasers. By posting a review you grant LuxeMyHome a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, copy, and redistribute the content on the Site and on marketing channels. We may decline or remove content that is illegal, defamatory, off-topic, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — logo, product photography, design, copy — is owned by LuxeMyHome or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeMyHome's total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Candles involve open flame. You agree to follow the safety guidance on every candle and on our Candle Care page; we cannot accept responsibility for misuse.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced via email or a site banner.
