Ordering + payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All Razorpay-supported methods: UPI, Indian credit + debit cards, netbanking from 50+ banks, wallets, and EMI on select cards. We don't currently offer cash on delivery.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes — every paid order generates a tax invoice automatically. You can download it from /account/orders or from the order confirmation email.
Can I use multiple coupons?
One coupon per order. Free-shipping coupons stack with percent or flat discounts only when explicitly noted on the coupon.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Pan-India via Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post depending on your pincode. International shipping is coming.
How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days for most Indian metros. Tier-2 cities + North-East typically 5–8 days. Full breakdown on Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email the tracking number when your order ships. You can also see it at /account/orders or via the magic link in the shipping email.
Cancellations + returns
Can I cancel my order?
Only before it's dispatched. Email info@luxemyhome.com or WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as you decide. Once the courier has picked up the parcel we can't cancel it. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I return a candle?
No — candles are not returnable for any reason, including damage in transit. Wax forms travel inconsistently and we cannot verify the condition at point of dispatch. Each candle is heavily padded before it leaves the studio.
What if my cement decor arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the outer box. We accept returns or replacements on cement vases, trays, sculpture, bowls, and planters that arrive chipped or broken. The buyer ships the piece back at their own cost (no courier pickup).
What if you sent the wrong item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If we shipped the wrong item we'll approve a return — you ship it back at your own cost via any reliable courier, and we refund or replace once we receive it.
How long do refunds take?
Razorpay refunds are issued within 24 hours of approval. They typically reflect in your bank account in 5–7 business days.
Account + privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is supported. If you sign up later with the same email, your past orders link up automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Email us with subject "Delete account" and we'll purge everything we legally can within 30 days (we have to retain invoices for 8 years under GST law).
What cookies do you use?
Strictly necessary cookies (cart, login) always; analytics + marketing cookies only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.
Products
What are your candles made of?
100% soy wax (renewable, biodegradable), cotton wicks, and IFRA-compliant fragrance oils. No paraffin, no lead.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on size: pillars 25–60 hours, jars 30–80 hours, figures 8–15 hours. Each product page shows the expected burn time. See Candle Care for tips on getting the longest, cleanest burn.
Are they vegan?
Yes — soy wax + cotton wick + fragrance oils. No animal-derived ingredients and we don't test on animals.
